Working Mechanism of a Veterinary Nebulizer:

In pneumatic nebulizers, a compressor sends a high-pressure airflow through a narrow tube into the medication chamber. This air breaks the liquid into suspended aerosol particles, which are then delivered through a mask or mouthpiece and inhaled into the lungs.

In ultrasonic models, a piezoelectric crystal generates high-frequency vibrations that break the liquid into tiny mist particles without applying heat or pressure.

In vibrating mesh nebulizers, the liquid medication passes through microscopic openings in a metal mesh. This technology is extremely efficient and minimizes medication loss.
